Why Microgreens?

Microgreens a wonderful way to add flavor, crunch and nutrition to any dish. Microgreens differ from sprouts in that they are grown in a medium and not in just water. This has some distinct advantages: 1) They are much easier to care for, 2) They normally receive much more light which increases the amount of photosynthesis, and 3) Live powerhouse nutrition, each plant contains the total amount of vitamins and minerals that it will have when it is fully grown. With microgreens you are eating 20 or 30 plants verses a few leaves.
